We called the Dry Guys after I noticed a water stain on my ceiling. They scheduled a time to come out quickly to give us a free inspection and were ready to begin work right away. They found a broken pipe in the attic, scheduled their own plumber to fix it that day, and even worked with my insurance company throughout the claims process. The 2 brothers and owners, Eric and Nick, were so helpful and sincere, I couldn’t ask for a more trustworthy company. I would recommend them to anyone I know!

I discovered a pipe break in my kitchen on Christmas! I came home late at night to a half the house 2 inches underwater. I called multiple restoration company’s and the Dry Guys Were the most responsive and helpful! They showed up within an hour and immediately began extracting the water! Nick and Eric sat me down and gave me multiple solutions on how we can dry out the home and making it safe. I loved that they offered solutions catered to my needs! The brother team of Nick & Eric were beyond helpful dealing with the insurance claims process and handling all the insurance headaches!

We were having AC maintenance done in our attic when one of the guys accidentally fell and stepped on and broke a pipe….water flooded our kitchen, hallway, a bedroom and bathroom. The AC company called the Dry Guys and they were there within 45 minutes. This was our first time to have to use this type of service and didn’t know exactly what to expect. From day one to day five of the remediation the Dry Guys explained in detail how this would all work, they were friendly, extremely professional, calmed our fears and always notified us they were on their way and always on time. When the insurance adjuster came to assess the damage, he told us he was extremely impressed with the Dry Guys work and that they did a great job on drying out our home. The adjuster shared a couple of horror stories about other remediation companies poor work that left the homeowners with so much more damage than they should have had so that made us even more are thankful that we had the Dry Guys on our side! We highly recommend the Dry Guys if you ever find yourself in need.

The dry guys were very professional, responsive, and just down right nice! They also were able to provide there services in less than 24 hours of me contacting them!
